This app makes use of the special features of the iPhone and iPad for streamlined recording and launching of instant mass notification messages. Specifically, the built-in microphone of the iPhone and iPad makes it much faster to create the message than Web users who must dial into a telephone number. Similarly playback of a recorded message to the iPhone or iPad speaker allow for a much faster preview, and the DatePicker control allows easy selection of the message transmission time.
